In John 6, following His miracle of feeding the 5000, Jesus gives a long discourse that is tied into that miracle. In the middle of His discourse Jesus declares, "I AM the Bread of Life" (John 6:35). His first of seven I AM statements in this Gospel. This whole discourse is packed with powerful truths about how only Christ ultimately satisfies. When we truly come to Jesus, and believe in Him, we are coming to One with whom we are safe, and through whom we are given eternal life. A life that begins now!

Join as we worship the Lord, fellowship, and continue our journey through the Gospel of John. In John 6 Jesus performs his 4th and 5th 'signs', of His seven major signs in this Gospel. For His 4th sign, Jesus feeds a giant multitude of people with a little boy's lunch 🍞🐟. For His 5th sign, Jesus comes to the rescue of His disciples on the Sea of Galilee by walking on water 🌊. Both of these signs reveal powerful truths concerning who Jesus is!

The second half of John 5 contains one of the most powerful speeches of Jesus in all of Scripture concerning His Divine Nature! Jesus is FULLY GOD in every sense. He shares the nature of the Father, and because this is the case, He also preserves, restores, and heals on the Sabbath as the LORD of the Sabbath! Join us we get a greater appreciation for who Jesus is in our lives as our Eternal Creator, and appreciate the true Sabbath Rest that He brings!

John 5 describes a story of Jesus encountering a man who had been lame for 38 years at a popular pool called Bethesda near the temple precinct in Jerusalem. Bethesda means 'House of Mercy' or 'House of Grace/Favor'. And that is exactly what lame man experienced when he met Christ. Unmerited favor! This is the third great 'sign' of Jesus in the Gospel of John and is packed full of powerful insights concerning who our Lord is. Come and join us for a great time of worship and fellowship!

Join us as we continue our journey through the Gospel of John. At the end of John 4 Jesus has an encounter with a powerful nobleman who had a son on the doorstep of death. He came begging Jesus to come to his home to heal his boy. But Jesus revealed that this man's faith was far too small. Jesus didn't need to travel in order to heal. Rather, He simply spoke a word and it was done! Jesus again is revealed as the Almighty Son of God! One far greater than our puny minds can imagine!

n John 4 Jesus's disciples “marveled" that He was speaking to a Samaritan woman. In response to their great astonishment Jesus said, "Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" (John 4:35). He wanted His disciples to recalibrate their thinking to a heavenly perspective. He wanted them to have a gospel lens through which they viewed the world. Join us as we are confronted with Christ’s love for all people and stirred to be His ambassadors to a world that is white for harvest!

At the end of John 3 we learn of how the ministries of John the Baptist and Jesus were working in tandem for a season. Ultimately, the crowds began to flock to Jesus. John the Baptist beamed with joy at his dwindling ministry. His work was complete! All Christians should have the same posture of this greatest prophet until the time of Christ. To desire to see Christ INCREASE and ourselves recede into the background.

n His first long discourse in the Gospel of John Jesus speaks of the absolute necessity of being ‘born again’. In fact, stresses the importance of being ‘born again’ three times (John 3:3, 5, 7). This powerful teaching in the middle of the night to the great leader of the Jews, Nicodemus, is filled with dynamic lessons concerning the cross, the Spirit, and the gigantic love of God! Join us as we worship the Lord together and continue our journey through this life transforming Gospel!

Join us as we continue our journey through the Gospel of John. We will be exploring Jesus’s first great ‘sign’ in this Gospel—turning water into wine. A remarkable miracle that speaks of Christ’s abundance and transforming power. A miracle that moves His people from legalism to life, and from self-sufficient emptiness to joy-filled fulness. A ‘sign’ that points beyond itself to Jesus's great act of pouring out His blood for you and me in order to cover our shame and unite us to Himself.
