REVELATION (PART 16) — THE LAMBLIKE DRAGON & THE MARK OF THE BEAST

In Revelation 13:11 John writes, "I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon." This is the false prophet that appears three times later in the book of Revelation. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing. One who works lying signs and wonders and causes the people of the land to worship the seven-headed sea beast. What does this lamblike dragon signify? What is the mark of the beast on the right hand and forehead? How does it all apply to our lives today? Join us as we worship the LORD, fellowship together, and discern how to resist dragon-like beasts!

THE BOOK OF PROVERBS

Join us for our Bible Study! We will be worshipping the LORD and digging into Proverbs 23-24! Proverbs like “Do not overwork to be rich; because of your own understanding, cease!" (Proverbs 23:4), “Do not let your heart envy sinners, but be zealous for the fear of the LORD all the day; for surely there is a hereafter, and your hope will not be cut off” (Proverbs 23:17-18), and “If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.” (Proverbs 24:10)

REVELATION (PART 15) - “666—UNMASKING THE MONSTROUS SEA BEAST

In Revelation 13 John sees a monstrous beast rise up out of the sea made in the image and likeness of the Red Dragon. It is one of the two beastly 'hosts' in chapter 13 that the devil uses for his purposes in attacking the saints. Famously, this beast has a number: 666! Who is this beast that some refer to as the antichrist? What is the meaning of 666? How does it apply to our lives today?

THE BOOK OF PROVERBS (PART 12)

Join us as we worship the LORD and dive into Proverbs 21-22! Proverbs like “Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the hearts" (Proverbs 21:2), “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6), and “He who has a generous eye will be blessed, for he gives of his bread to the poor” (Proverbs 22:9).

REVELATION (PART 14) - “THE SEVEN-HEADED DRAGON & THE HEAVENLY WOMAN”

At the center of Revelation there is a cosmic battle between a seven-headed red dragon and a heavenly woman crowned with twelve stars. It is the story of the Gospel on a big screen! The story of the Seed of the woman who would come and bruise the serpent’s head (Gen. 3:15). This dragon is “cast down” in a beautifully strange way—by "the blood" of the Lamb Child! The Lamb Child who is then caught up into heaven to reign, and the "blood of the Lamb" is how the church continues to conquer the Dragon in their own lives! (Rev. 12:11) Join us as we worship the LORD, fellowship together, and are established in the Gospel!

REVELATION (PART 13) - “THE TWO WITNESSES & THE 7TH TRUMPET""

 In Revelation 11 we meet “two witnesses” who breathe out fire! They walk in the spirit and power of Moses and Elijah. This is the third and final vision within the sixth trumpet and continues the theme of the first two visions of fire-breathers and prophetic voices. After the ministry of these witnesses the seventh trumpet blows, and the world is drastically changed! Join us as we worship the LORD and learn important truths about Spirit-empowered prophetic ministry and new covenant realities!

REVELATION (PART 12) - "EAT THE HONEYED BOOK!"

In Revelation 10 we meet a giant angel spanning heaven and earth, with feet on both land and sea. In the hand of this angel is an open book that John is told to eat. John is moving from seer to prophet. Instead of simply recording the visions he saw, he is now called to ingest the Word itself and then speak it forth with prophetic fire! A Word that tasted like "honey" on his lips. Join us as we worship the LORD, fellowship with one another, and continue our journey through the sixth trumpet of Revelation seeking to apply it to our own lives today!

THE BOOK OF PROVERBS (PART 11)

Join us we worship the LORD and dive into Proverbs 19-20 for our Bible Study! Proverbs like “He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, and He will pay back what he has given.” (Proverbs 19:17), “There are many plans in a man's heart, nevertheless the LORD’s counsel—that will stand." (Proverbs 19:21), and “Who can say, 'I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin'?" (Proverbs 20:9)

REVELATION (PART 11) - SPIRITUAL WARFARE, THE 5TH & 6TH TRUMPETS

In Revelation 9 we meet two armies of bewildering composite creatures. The first of these creatures are released from the bottomless-pit at the blowing of the fifth trumpet—a demonic army of 'locust-scorpions' who torment with their stings! The sixth trumpet releases a second army of composite creatures—lion headed horses that breathe fire! These two armies are pictures of spiritual warfare! Warfare that happened during the time of the apostles, yet a warfare that still very much pertains to our world today! There is a battle that is raging!

THE BOOK OF PROVERBS (PART 10)

Join us as we worship the Lord and dive into Proverbs 17-18! There are many great proverbs in these chapters. Proverbs like “A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones" (Proverbs 17:22), “The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10), and many other powerful proverbs we all need to regularly be reminded of!
