HEALED FROM A DISTANCE

Join us as we continue our journey through the Gospel of John. At the end of John 4 Jesus has an encounter with a powerful nobleman who had a son on the doorstep of death. He came begging Jesus to come to his home to heal his boy. But Jesus revealed that this man's faith was far too small. Jesus didn't need to travel in order to heal. Rather, He simply spoke a word and it was done! Jesus again is revealed as the Almighty Son of God! One far greater than our puny minds can imagine!

THE GOSPEL OF JOHN (PART 9) - WHITE FOR HARVEST

n John 4 Jesus's disciples “marveled" that He was speaking to a Samaritan woman. In response to their great astonishment Jesus said, "Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" (John 4:35). He wanted His disciples to recalibrate their thinking to a heavenly perspective. He wanted them to have a gospel lens through which they viewed the world. Join us as we are confronted with Christ’s love for all people and stirred to be His ambassadors to a world that is white for harvest!

THE GOSPEL OF JOHN (PART 7) - HE MUST INCREASE, BUT I DECREASE

Join us as we worship the Lord and continue our journey through John. At the end of John 3 we learn of how the ministries of John the Baptist and Jesus were working in tandem for a season. Ultimately, the crowds began to flock to Jesus. John the Baptist beamed with joy at his dwindling ministry. His work was complete! All Christians should have the same posture of this greatest prophet until the time of Christ. To desire to see Christ INCREASE and ourselves recede into the background.

YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN

n His first long discourse in the Gospel of John Jesus speaks of the absolute necessity of being ‘born again’. In fact, stresses the importance of being ‘born again’ three times (John 3:3, 5, 7). This powerful teaching in the middle of the night to the great leader of the Jews, Nicodemus, is filled with dynamic lessons concerning the cross, the Spirit, and the gigantic love of God! Join us as we worship the Lord together and continue our journey through this life transforming Gospel!

THE GOSPEL OF JOHN (PART 4) - ‘WATER INTO WINE’

Join us as we continue our journey through the Gospel of John. We will be exploring Jesus’s first great ‘sign’ in this Gospel—turning water into wine. A remarkable miracle that speaks of Christ’s abundance and transforming power. A miracle that moves His people from legalism to life, and from self-sufficient emptiness to joy-filled fulness. A ‘sign’ that points beyond itself to Jesus's great act of pouring out His blood for you and me in order to cover our shame and unite us to Himself.

Join us as we dive into John 1:19-51. Here we encounter Christ as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! We encounter Christ as One who comes to seek and save the lost through many different means—preaching, invitation by friends, and supernatural encounter! The Christ who was at work 2,000 years ago is the same Christ at work in our lives today! Let us BEHOLD HIM and FOLLOW HIM like the disciples in this powerful chapter of John do!

BIBLE STUDY — 'GOD’S WORD IS MEDICINE'

Proverbs 4:20-22 says, “My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.” Some translations say, “medicine to all their flesh.” God’s Word truly is living and powerful, and when applied to our life can bring restoration and health in a multitude of ways! Join us as we discuss health and learn how God's Word can be a transformative factor in both our emotional and bodily health!

THE GOSPEL OF JOHN (PART 2) - 'GOD WITH US’

Join us as we continue our journey through the Gospel of John! We will be diving into John 1:1-18. In this passage John introduces key themes that we will see regularly throughout his Gospel. The biggest theme being Christ's divinity. Jesus is GOD in flesh! In presenting Christ's divinity John also gives us helpful language to begin to reflect on the Trinity (Father, Son, Spirit). Other themes like light, life, witness, belief, and grace all make appearances as well. Encountering God in Christ and receiving the light, life, and grace that He brings is the foundation for the Christian life!

EVERYTHING I HAVE IS YOURS

Join us as we unpack Jesus' parable on the prodigal son, with special focus on the older brother. In this parable, the father ventures out into the darkness to plead with his older boy to begin to recognize his presence and grace. The older boy had a 'works mentality', lived a judgmental and bitter life, and desperately needed to understand the 'living inheritance' he had from his father! A lesson every child of God needs to learn and relearn!
