ACTS (PART 16) — ’PHILIP THE EVANGELIST & THE ETHIOPIAN EUNUCH’
Sunday Aug 21, 2022
Sunday Aug 21, 2022
In Acts 8 God specifically directs Philip away from his great evangelistic successes in the cities and villages of Samaria. God wanted Philip to spend time with one specific individual. A man who was several about 90 miles south in Gaza! The salvation of that one man, a powerful Ethiopian official, was just as important as the multitudes in Samaria! Philip’s divine appointment with this Ethiopian is a great example of how the Spirit leads and how we can engage others with the truth of who Jesus is. It is also a story packed with supernatural events like the guidance of an angel and miraculous teleportation. Join us as we worship!

ACTS (PART 15) — ‘PHILIP, PETER, AND SIMON THE SORCERER’
Sunday Aug 14, 2022
Sunday Aug 14, 2022
In Acts 8 we encounter stories from the ministry of Philip the Evangelist. The first story documents Philip's initial evangelism in Samaria and Peter's confrontation with a powerful sorcerer named Simon. The devil is always lingering in the background when new territory is being taken for Christ's kingdom. But, we need not fear! Christ has already been victorious at the cross and in His resurrection! Join us as we worship, learn to live from Christ's victory, and take the sort of stance Philip, Peter, and John did when confronted by those who were immersed in occult power.

ACTS (PART 14) — THE TESTIMONY OF STEPHEN
Sunday Aug 07, 2022
Sunday Aug 07, 2022
In Acts 7 Stephen stands before the Sanhedrin and delivers the longest speech in the entire book. He shows how Jesus was rejected by His own people just like Joseph, Moses, and the prophets. He refutes the testimony of the false witnesses by showing how he has great respect for the law of Moses—even calling the law “living oracles.” What lessons can we learn from this man who was “full of faith” and who fearlessly testified before the greatest leaders of his day? Join us we find out and worship Christ together!

ACTS (PART 13) — THE EXAMPLE OF STEPHEN
Sunday Jul 31, 2022
Sunday Jul 31, 2022
Join us as we worship! In Acts 6 we are shown how the early church used wisdom in how to handle a dispute that arose from within. God will always help us creatively solve issues that arise as we rely on Him! He will raise up the right people, in the right places, so His church prospers! The key is simply being vocal, being available, and having a servants heart. Ultimately, we can all be like Stephen—a man who is said to have been full of the Spirit, Wisdom, Faith, Power and Grace. A man who was a great blessing to the early church by his 'humble table waiting service' which eventually turned into powerful 'public ministry' as well.

ACTS (PART 12) — THE UNSTOPPABLE RISEN LORD
Sunday Jul 24, 2022
Sunday Jul 24, 2022
After God worked many mighty miracles through the hands of the apostles, they were arrested and brought before the Jewish High Court. What happened? Well, God's angels protected them! And God even raised up a prominent council member to argue on their behalf. He told his fellow council members who wanted to kill the apostles, "If it is of God, you cannot overthrow it—lest you even be found to fight against God" (Acts 5:39). Christ is ultimately victorious! He cannot be stopped! Join us as we worship our Risen King.

ACTS (PART 11) — MANY MIGHTY MIRACLES
Sunday Jul 17, 2022
Sunday Jul 17, 2022
The Early Church pulsated with the life of God! The “living and powerful” Word and Spirit among them was transforming them into “living and powerful” disciples (Acts 1:8; Heb 4:12). One way God’s presence manifested in their midst was through remarkable signs, wonders, and miracles (Acts 5:12-16). In fact, multitudes of sick people flocked to Jerusalem with simply the hope of being able to touch Peter’s shadow! Join us we worship the LORD and dive into this fascinating passage concerning the early ministry of the apostles at Solomon’s Porch in Jerusalem.

ACTS (PART 10) — SONS OF ENCOURAGEMENT VS. CHILDREN OF DECEPTION
Sunday Jul 10, 2022
Sunday Jul 10, 2022
Join us as we worship and continue our journey through the book of Acts. The same God who was at work in the lives of the first disciples is the God at work in our lives! Acts 4 and 5 contrasts the story of Barnabas with the story of Ananias and Sapphira. Three disciples who sold property and gave a monetary gift to the church. Barnabas did it out of purity of heart and was a great encouragement to the early church whereas Ananias and Sapphira did it out of deception with an intention of gaining 'clout' in the community. But God would not be mocked. Join us as learn to be 'Barnabases' who stay far away from the self-exalting and self-serving desires of an Ananias and Sapphira.

An Invitation To Everything You Ever Wanted!
Sunday Jun 19, 2022
Sunday Jun 19, 2022
Many times in our lives, we ‘crave’ for certain things from God! We desire to be blessed and live the abundant life Jesus promised. Sometimes, in the ‘hunt’ for the blessings, we miss out on what God wants to do in our midst. Often times, God wants to give you what you need, before He grants you what you want! He wants to remind you of what you presently have in Him! When you are established in these realities, you position yourself to receive the desires of your heart. When you daily rehearse to yourself the truth of scripture, and what Jesus has already done for you, you can live at peace, and rest in the reality of knowing that He is your full supply for everything you have ever wanted.

Jesus alone is Lord and Savior seated at the right hand of God! He alone is the One who heals, restores, and bestows everlasting life!
